Our new CDL [telephone banking] is installed and operational. We hope you will dial in and acclimate to the new system. The menu options have changed from our old system, however, you can hear instructions for navigating through the new system by pressing 6 from the main menu. If you have any trouble accessing any of your accounts, or have a PIN problem, or want to begin using CDL for the first time; just notify any of our staff by coming in, or phone, or email, and we will resolve your issue quickly.
CDL is a voice menu system which allows you to perform many banking functions over your telephone line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - like account balances, find transactions, transfer funds, and much more. And the new CDL is real time, meaning as soon as a transaction hits your bank account, it is available for review on CDL.
You can call CDL direct at 731-0074 or dial our main number at 731-2521 after 4:00 pm and our system will automatically connect you to CDL. All of your accounts - checking, savings, CDs, loans - can be setup in CDL... and it is Free. See Mary Wimpy for details.
